The Art of Health & Healing

When you think about ‘art’, what is the first thing that comes to your mind? Probably a romantic painter like Claude Monet or a literary genius such as William Shakespeare. Maybe even a symphonic master as immortalized by Ludwig Von Beethoven?

When I think of art, I visualize a simple approach to applying different ways of doing things to achieve a final “masterpiece”.  I love to cook and for that reason, I can combine different ingredients in different ways to create a new dish. Or re-invent and put my “signature” on an old classic…think of Dr. Seuss and Green Eggs and Ham next time.

It’s no different when it comes to health and healing.  My approach is geared and tailored to your specific condition.  Your concerns are taken with an empathetic ear and a custom assessment is performed in order to meet your personal health needs and help you achieve your individual health goals.  When the right treatment approach is applied with the right kind of methods, given time the body will begin its natural ability to reset, restore and function once more.

In my next blog, we will discuss how this approach can be successfully applied to various chronic conditions such as lower back pain which affects 80% or 4 out of 5 adults in the North American population.
